FAQ

I’VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE/ I’M NOT FLEXIBLE - WHICH CLASS SHOULD I GO TO?
Start with one of our “Basics” classes (see class descriptions). Most people are not flexible when they first start out. This is why many of us begin a Yoga posture practice, to maintain or increase our flexibility. You do not have to be flexible to begin yoga.  It is YOUR decsion to choose which class is best for you - read the descriptions carefully and choose wisely - our Hot Power classes are very vigorous!

I’VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE BUT I’M IN GREAT SHAPE. I’M A RUNNER/DANCER/DONE PILATES etc… DO I HAVE TO START WITH BASICS?
YES. Yoga is different from other forms of physical activity and it is important that you create a solid foundation by understanding the basics before moving forward. This may mean you only need 1 or 2 basics classes or you may want to stick with Basics for a longer period of time - after doing a basics class (or classes) you can decide when its time to move to a regular class.
