We welcome our new teacher Su.
Su began practicing yoga in 2000 when she was working in the corporate world. She walked into her first yoga class with a mind running amock, and walked out with a new-found sense of peace. She has never since turned back.
Yoga has the power to transform mind, body and spirit. With that said, Su enjoys teaching a light and joyful yoga class. She believes that yoga practice should be about the journey of learning; perfection is neither the requirement or the goal.
