Cultivating community spirit and getting to know my students is essential to my teaching approach.

Knowing my students enables me to recognize their strengths and obstacles so that I may challenge each person individually and invite them to their “edge.” While I value the traditional approach to teaching yoga I choose to follow my inner knowing, to develop classes that combine tradition with innovation creating a powerful blend of postures to enliven every cell of your body.
