Try Yoga for Tweens & Teens – a class designed for the 11 to 14 year old who craves a new kind of physical movement that provides both challenge and relaxation at the same time.  This 6 week program is designed to introduce the young yogi to a practice that benefits body, mind and spirit:

  • Help create a toned, flexible and strong body
  • Improve energy & athletic performance
  • Learn to relax and handle stressful situations more easily
  • Learn to focus and quiet a busy mind
  • Build awareness of your body, your feelings, the world around you and the needs of others 

Tween and Teen Yoga will help the young yogi to harmonize body and mind which is a perfect compliment to any other sport or academic related activity.

As a Certified Yoga Teacher (Erin), and the mother of 12 year old boy/girl twins actively involved in competitive sports, I have enjoyed helping kids add yoga to their regular activities. I have witnessed young yogis learn to let go of a little stress and improve their overall health and well-being.
