A class to start, explore, develop, discuss, a meditation practice. 

Our busy lives make us feel pulled out in many directions. A meditation practice is helpful to deal with life’s stresses and enable us to create some peace. Meditation is not an escape, but a retreat to one’s true nature. When we come into stillness, we become aware and can cultivate happiness, wholeness and health.

In this class: light stretching, various meditation techniques, discussion, and enjoyment of group support.

Meditation to calm and connect. It’s YOGA!

    • February 6 to March 5 (4 weeks, $20, no class on Family Day)
    • April 02 - 30 (4 weeks, $20, no class Easter Monday)
    • May 7 to 28 (3 weeks, $15, no class Victoria Day)
