Hatha Yoga in Chinese

 Ivy’s Hatha Yoga (in Chinese) classes promote calmness and relaxation.  Flexibility, balance and strength are improved through Hatha Yoga.  Ivy teaches this class to accommodate both Cantonese and Mandarin language students.
