Chair Yoga Classes

CHAIR YOGA: Using a chair for seated and standing poses, chair yoga provides an opportunity to stretch, tone and relax in a comfortable way.  Great for beginners to yoga, it also makes a yoga practice more accessible to the experienced body, rounder body or recovering body.  Expect to ease tensions, loosen up the body, and improve your range of motion.

  • COST:    $16 to drop-in or purchase a prepaid 5 class card for only $50 (incl HST)

NEW! Starting in January 2012, chair yoga classes are now on our regular drop-in schedule. Try a class for the regular $16 drop-in fee or prepay for 5 classes for only $50 (class pass is good for 3 months from date of purchase).  No more pre-registrations.  Classes are on-going so if you miss a week, just pop in next week.  Creating flexibility for your body, your schedule and your pocketbook.
